Gluten free beef-quinoa taco boats or bowls

The under 150 calorie, gluten-free, paleo , vegan wrap!

          I don’t normally  buy pre packaged gluten free foods, but I really like these paleo wraps from Julian bakery.  They are not cheap but they hold up well and the coconut taste is very light.   Also they can be stored on the shelf and they keep for months! Avocado Prosciutto Eggs

Try this! Avocado halves make an excellent cup for poached eggs. Add a nest of fresh prosciutto in the avocado before topping with the egg and when you slice the egg the yolk will run just enough to make each bite perfect. I always, always, always, use Himalayan salt and fresh cracked pepper.
