So simple yet so delicious!!! The only ingredient : Fresh sliced strawberries, about 1/8 inch thick Place strawberry slices on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Dehydrate in a preheated oven at 200 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Let cool and enjoy!! They remind me of a fruit roll up, or candy.

I make raw chocolate , it’s the bomb. I believe raw is the only really healthy chocolate. It does melt quicker than the kind with the soy lecithin. Also raw costs a bit more, but it’s cheaper to make your own than it is to buy it. I store it in the fridge, eat a piece a day and use it in recipes like molten lava cake. 1 cup chopped…

Evil Jack cocktail

This drink was invented by a wise friend of the family, thanks a bunch for this one Jack! It’s just a slight twist on a popular drink but it makes it so much better!!! 1 cup red sangria (without the sparkling water/club soda etc.) I use variations of this recipe…http://www.beyondbaked.com/2013/04/whole-food-based-sangria/ Substituting pineapple for the peach adding lime etc. You could also use the inexpensive pre made sangria from Gallo etc….

I tried to make this a really healthy donut recipe.  BUT…  I just couldn’t sacrifice the good old fashion donut taste.  I don’t love rice flours or starches but for this recipe they really work.   If you like you can substitute different flours but I must tell you this combo makes a very good donut like consistency and when I played around with other they did not taste as…

Fermented garlic

Garlic has endless health benefits and is most nutritious raw.  http://health.india.com/diseases-conditions/15-health-benefits-of-garlic/ However many people have a hard time with its hot pungent taste to eat it au naturel.  Here’s the best way I’ve found to enjoy garlic.  Ferment it in salt and water only and the taste mellows out dramatically! 1 cup peeled garlic cloves 1 tablespoon good salt (I use Himalayan) 1-2 cups filtered water or enough to cover…
