One ingredient whole food strawberry treats!

So simple yet so delicious!!! The only ingredient : Fresh sliced strawberries, about 1/8 inch thick Place strawberry slices on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Dehydrate in a preheated oven at 200 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Let cool and enjoy!! They remind me of a fruit roll up, or candy.

My best ever chocolate recipe

I make raw chocolate , it’s the bomb. I believe raw is the only really healthy chocolate. It does melt quicker than the kind with the soy lecithin. Also raw costs a bit more, but it’s cheaper to make your own than it is to buy it. I store it in the fridge, eat a piece a day and use it in recipes like molten lava cake. 1 cup chopped…

Gluten, nut, and refined sugar free old fashioned donuts!

I tried to make this a really healthy donut recipe.  BUT…  I just couldn’t sacrifice the good old fashion donut taste.  I don’t love rice flours or starches but for this recipe they really work.   If you like you can substitute different flours but I must tell you this combo makes a very good donut like consistency and when I played around with other they did not taste as…

Raw honey whipped cream

The best whipped cream I have ever made!   It’s fresh, healthy, raw and tastes like a bit of heaven.  It is pictured here melting on top of  blueberry soaked baked oatmeal. The key to a great whipped cream is using good quality cream and getting a metal bowl and wire whip attachment really cold in the freezer first.  Give it about 20 minutes in there before you make the…

Thick and creamy Greek style probiotic yogurt made with raw milk kefir

Almost exactly like my regular yogurt recipe but much thicker and this time I added fresh real vanilla bean powder.   I think this is THE BEST yogurt I have ever had.  It’s smooth and creamy while being light and refreshing at the same time.   Plus it’s the best probiotic…

Kefir Yogurt Recipe

Raw kefir yogurt is probiotic heaven!  I used raspberries but the possibilities are endless.   If you make your own kefir from live grains, you must try this. 1.  Let you kefir sit long enough with the grains to get pretty thick, yogurt-like.  Remove grains. 2.  Dump it into a nut milk bag or cheesecloth and strain out the whey.  KEEP THIS!  Whey  is good for many things.   If your trying…
