Mocca chocolata Ya Ya (whole food based flavored coffee)

1 rounded tablespoon raw cacao powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon organic grade b maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I make my own) OR 1/8 teaspoon raw vanilla bean scrapings to avoid the alcohol Mix the above ingredients up in the bottom of your coffee cup. Add hot coffee and optionally your choice of milk. (I use raw goat) Enjoy!!

Evil Jack cocktail

This drink was invented by a wise friend of the family, thanks a bunch for this one Jack! It’s just a slight twist on a popular drink but it makes it so much better!!! 1 cup red sangria (without the sparkling water/club soda etc.) I use variations of this recipe…http://www.beyondbaked.com/2013/04/whole-food-based-sangria/ Substituting pineapple for the peach adding lime etc. You could also use the inexpensive pre made sangria from Gallo etc….

Whole food based sangria

Ingredients: 1 small pitted chopped peach 1/2 -1 cup chopped watermelon 2-3 strawberries 4 raspberries 1/4 cup blueberries Juice of 3-4 oranges plus a few slices 3 cups red wine, I prefer Cabernet 1-3 cups mineral water     Instructions: Muddle the fruit well and add wine.
