One ingredient whole food strawberry treats!

So simple yet so delicious!!! The only ingredient : Fresh sliced strawberries, about 1/8 inch thick Place strawberry slices on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Dehydrate in a preheated oven at 200 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Let cool and enjoy!! They remind me of a fruit roll up, or candy.

Gluten, nut, and refined sugar free old fashioned donuts!

The under 150 calorie, gluten-free, paleo , vegan wrap!

          I don’t normally  buy pre packaged gluten free foods, but I really like these paleo wraps from Julian bakery.  They are not cheap but they hold up well and the coconut taste is very light.   Also they can be stored on the shelf and they keep for months!
