My best ever chocolate recipe

I make raw chocolate , it’s the bomb. I believe raw is the only really healthy chocolate. It does melt quicker than the kind with the soy lecithin. Also raw costs a bit more, but it’s cheaper to make your own than it is to buy it.
I store it in the fridge, eat a piece a day and use it in recipes like molten lava cake.

1 cup chopped Cacao butter

3/4-1 cup Raw cacao powder

1/4 Raw honey

1 teaspoon Raw ground vanilla & or vanilla extract

Dash cinnamon

Add all kinds of nuts, seeds and dried fruit. I love chopped dates.
Or
Layer with peanut butter on the middle for Reesescups.

Adding mint extract /food grade mint oil is tasty also.

Melt the cacao butter and honey in a glass bowl sitting on top of a pot of hot water or in a double boiler. Heat the water until it starts to boil and then shut off the burner and wait for the cacao butter to melt. It takes time.
(Be careful to not get water into the chocolate bowl.)
Mix in the cacao powder, vanilla & cinnamon. Taste. Add more cacao powder, extracts or whatever you like until it’s to your liking.
Poor into molds, muffin papers or pans for bars.
Add nuts, seeds, and fruit.
Let chill in the fridge. Enjoy!
