Roasted spiced winter seeds

You can use any fresh squash or pumpkin for this.
Remove, wash and pat dry seeds.

Mix in:
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil

Lay seeds out in a single layer on natural parchment paper.
Bake at 275 for 20-30 minutes or until crunchy.
