Raz-nana kefir smoothie


3/4 cup frozen organic raspberries
2-3 ripe bananas
2 cups fresh cold organic raw milk kefir or sub half yogurt half milk in a pinch
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon spirulina (optional)
Blend well, enjoy cold and remember using a reusable straw like this titanium one I bought on Amazon makes for less waste and no BPA.
