Gluten free protein bread

This recipe makes 1 loaf of moist, delicious bread. I show 2 in this picture as I always double the recipe, it goes fast!

Ingredients:

1 cup nut butter (almond, peanut or cashew)

4 eggs separated, whites go into a medium bowl yolks go into your mixer

2 tablespoons raw honey

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup raw milk of your choice cow, coconut, almond

1/4 cup of almond flour

1/4 coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt

I use a kitchen aid mixer for this recipe as it is pretty stiff to mix by hand, also a hand held mixer for the egg whites. Organic ingredients are always best to use if possible.

FIRST set oven to 300 degrees F and grease a glass bread pan with REAL butter.

Put all the dry ingredients in a small bowl or large measuring cup, set aside

Mix the egg yolks and nut butter thoroughly

add the honey and mix

add the milk and vinegar and mix it slowly so it doesn’t make a mess

Now add the dry ingredients and mix well

In separate bowl beat the egg whites until they are forming soft peaks

Add to the nut butter mixture and mix slowly, just until completely incorporated.

Pour into greased pan and

Bake at 300 for 50 minutes
