Rapadua sugar with cinnamon!! This is simple & excellent on toast, garnish for desserts, in oatmeal, or to sweeten your coffee. Mix 3 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon.

I ordered my Rapadura from Amazon because its hard to find. I chose the Rapunzel brand, organic and unrefined.

Rapadura sugar is a good choice for sweetener. I’m not promoting sugar but most of us use it, we might as well pick a healthier form of it. Molasses, raw honey, and maple syrup are also excellent choices.
