Organic bone broth, whole organic chicken, carrots, celery and onion plus Salt&pepper Natural, healthy and a great base for soups!!! This time around I used the leftover shredded carrots and celery from the juicer. Waste not want not right?!? Added an onion sliced into rounds and S&P all over the bird. Cook on high 5 hours. Remove all the meat for dinners, sandwiches, snacks etc. Put all the other parts and bones back into the crock and completely cover with water. Add one tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Cook on high for 8-12 hours and strain. Freeze it or use it within 3 days.
