New meaning of “if you don’t finish your dinner you’ll have to eat it for breakfast” …throw leftover dinner veggies in with some scrambled eggs in the morning, don’t forget good salt (sea or Himalayan) and fresh ground pepper make a huge difference in a simple dish like this. Add fresh OJ and some sprouted grain toast with butter 🙂
