Healthier alternative to traditional PB&J
the kids love these around my house!

Organic sprouted wheat bread
Organic reduced sugar jelly
Almond butter or coconut butter (yum)

As you can see these are all Trader Joes products, using homemade is ideal but I’m out of last years jelly and packing to move so store bought will do :).
See I’m not a total “stick in the mud” Mom when it comes to food. 😉
