Cheesetastic!!!! #Kerrygold cheese is even better than their butter which is delicious! Love the Dubliner and I can’t wait to try the vintage cheddar.

It has a distinctive rounded flavour and a natural hint of sweetness. Aged for 12 months, it has elements of mature cheddar, sweet nutty tones of a Swiss and the piquant bite of aged Parmesan.

Uses: A cheese that melts beautifully. Delicious in sandwiches, serve as a table cheese or shred and toss in salads.
