Two ways to keep #sangria on hand and easy to serve! First make your favorite sangria recipe right in your food processor. I used what I had around the house, today it was (all organic) frozen raspberries and blueberries, fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh squeezed lemon juice. I added turbinado sugar to taste. Zip it up to smooth.ย If your using berries with seeds or just don’t like chunky sangria feel free to strain it at this point. ย Fill ice cube trays with the fruity mixture. These fruit cubes can be thrown into a glass of red wine and you can add either sparkling water or ginger ale. Add garnish and serve. Or Add this fruity mixture to your wine …I do about 1/3 fruit mix 2/3 wine and store 1/2 full in canning jars, either in the fridge or for long term freeze them. To serve simply add ice, sparkling water and garnish. It’s already in a glass ๐ For those of you who add brandy or schnapps go for it, I’m just too old for that strong of sangria ๐
Remember the fruit cubes are non alcoholic so you can also use them to make your own soda, just throw them into a glass of sparking water, club soda or ginger-ale ๐
