Organic gluten free chicken tenders or nuggets

cups Organic corn flakes (non organic is most certainly GMO corn)

cup grated non treated real Parmesan chees.. for heaven’s sakes not Kraft

teaspoon sea salt
1/2
teaspoon black pepper
1/2
teaspoon paprika
1/8
teaspoon garlic powder
3
tablespoons organic butter melted
1
tablespoon milk, any kind will do here just not flavored
1
lb Organic boneless skinless chicken tenders …or cut breasts into nuggets
Heat oven to 400°F.

Use your choice of baking dish or pan, I prefer to use glass or enamel but worse case I line my metal pan with parchment paper.

Crush cereal. (To easily crush cereal, place in plastic bag or between sheets of waxed paper, and crush with rolling pin.)

In medium bowl, stir together crushed cereal, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. In small bowl, stir together melted butter and milk. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then roll in cereal mixture to coat evenly. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 18 minutes until chicken cooked through.
