I used pre made polenta from Trader Joes. It’s a nice little log that doesn’t require refrigeration, just slice and pan sear add cheese and bacon. I sautéed the spinach with some grape seed oil.
Sautée 2 cups sliced apples in butter and vanilla sugar with a teaspoon cinnamon until tender.
