Lemon bars!!!!

I made a whole batch of lemon curd and only used a third for my cupcakes. I never waste tasty food so I whipped these up ๐Ÿ™‚

1 cup butter room temp
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cream butter and sugar together mix in flour and salt. Form ball roll out slightly and place in pan. Press crust into 9x 13 pan filling and going up the side about 1/2 to 3/4 inch.
Chill
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (thicker crust needs more time)
Fill with lemon curd to top of crust.
Bake for an additional 10 mins
Chill and serve with powdered sugar for presentation ๐Ÿ™‚
