Fresh garden salsa… Big batch
9 medium heirloom tomatoes chopped and seeds removed
6 Serrano chiles seeds removed and chopped
1 cup red onion chopped
Big bunch cilantro just the leaves
9 cloves garlic chopped
Juice of 2 limes
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs salt

Throw in food processor for a few seconds until desired consistency

Makes about 8 cups
I’m freezing mine 🙂
