Banana pecan muffins… delicious !!!

( I made half with crumb topping )

The ingredients are divided into “wet” and “dry” — the wet goes into one bowl, dry in the other

Wet ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

one egg

1/3 cup MELTED butter

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup milk

DRY Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 cup chopped pecans

Mix the wet together , mix the dry together and last fold wet into dry making sure not to overmix.
Bake at 350 for 23 minutes. Take out of pan after a few mins with fork and cool on wire rack. (so they don’t get stuck)

Crumb topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter in small room temp cubes
1 Tsp cinnamon

In small mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients, butter last. Blend with fork until crumbly add to top of muffin before baking 🙂
