Creamy spinach and tortellini …pictured here with tri tip with red devil sauce

1 package cheese tortellini
1bag of organic spinach
1 cup organic heavy or whipping cream
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan
1/2 cup fresh grated cheddar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
I teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Cook tortellini according to package

In pot bring to boil cream, cheeses, garlic and onion powder, s&p, then simmer about 10 minutes or until thickened
Sauté spinach in grapeseed oil , add sauce and tortellini and serve

Note: I chose garlic and onion powder do to the fact that Hubby isn’t a big on pieces of garlic/onion,but you can sauté fresh garlic and onion with the spinach and omit the powders if you wish 🙂
