Strawberry lemonade with fresh mint

1 cup purée strawberries
1 cup squeezed lemon
1 tsp Lemon zest
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups Plain sparkling water
3 cups Spring water

Fresh mint sprigs

Mix and serve chilled with a few muddled mint sprigs and one on top
