Fruit and chicken salad with yogurt dressing
I use what’s on hand, feel free to adjust this recipe to your liking/pantry
Topping:
Cold cooked organic chicken breast sliced
Salad:
Small bunch Lettuce
1 chopped Banana
1 chopped Mango
1/4 cup cubes Pineapple
1 Avocado cubes
A few sprigs chopped Mint
Yogurt dressing:
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon Honey
1/2 Lemon
1 tablespoon Mango juice
